If you are interested in learning more about Bella Rose’s wedding services, please contact us to set up a complimentary consultation meeting. There’s no catch, no commitment, and no charges, this will just be a meeting for you to meet one of our professionals and get more information about Bella Rose. We are open to customizing any package to your liking, we can work with any budget and make almost any vision come true to create your perfect day!
All Bella Rose wedding packages include the following services:
- Unlimited consultations via e-mail and phone with your wedding coordinator/planner to ensure open and accurate communication
- Traditional wedding conduct advice
- Meeting the friends and family who are assisting in planning the wedding
- Basic prior communication with wedding vendors
Vendor Only List for Weddings & Events
Vendor only list- giving you access to all the Vendors you will need to plan the wedding yourself. It is customized for your use exclusively depending on your needs and budget and will give you the names and contact information for you to directly contact them. All of these vendors are known to us and will be happy to work with you. You can be assured that they are reliable and credible vendors that we have worked with over the years.
Pricing for this option is $500.00 paid by cash, check or money order in advance.
 My Elegant Month
This “Month-of-Coordination” package is specially created for couples who already have the big things set for their wedding and just need coordination when it comes closer to their wedding day. With this option, you can get full wedding coordination for up to a moth or so before the wedding. This method is strongly preferred to “Day-of-Coordination” so that your coordinator can be fully prepared for your wedding day.
- Two face to face meetings within 31 days of your wedding
- Minute-by-minute coordination on wedding day (no time limitations)
- Direction & coordination of wedding rehearsal
- Detailed wedding and reception itinerary to be distributed to wedding participants and vendors
- Collection of items after reception to be brought back to bride and groom (cake topper, champagne flutes, decor, food samples, etc.)
- Review and confirmation of all vendor contracts and packages prior to your wedding to ensure accurate delivery of services and products
- One Assistant Coordinator on your wedding day
- Delivery of all final payments and gratuities to vendors (optional)
Completely Elegant Coordination Package
Our most popular wedding coordination package and the best value! This is an all-inclusive package for your wedding ceremony and reception, including a rehearsal. It is great for couples who want to have a beautiful wedding without them having to stress out over planning much themselves. You get complete piece of mind with this package leaving the responsibilities of your wedding in your coordinator’s hands.
- Five face to face meetings with your wedding coordinator
- Personalized “To-Do” list outlining couple’s responsibilities as well as coordinator’s responsibilities with estimated completion dates
- Budget development assistance
- In-Depth venue overview for wedding and reception
- Venue layout(s) and guest seating assistance
- Complete communication with all vendors from beginning to end
- Assistance with Entertainment and Music Recommendations
- Unlimited Vendor Recommendations in all vendor categories
- Assistance with Theme, Décor, Floral, and Favor Selection
- Assistance with Menu & dessert selection
- Assistance with selection and etiquette of all stationary (Save the Date Cards, Invitations, Programs, Place cards, etc.)
- Review and confirmation of all vendor contracts and packages prior to your wedding to ensure accurate delivery of services and products
- Creation of detailed wedding and reception itinerary to be distributed to wedding participants and vendors
- Instruction & coordination of wedding rehearsal
- Minute-by-minute coordination on wedding day (no time limitations)

Destination Wedding Package
This is a planning package that includes the ability to have an experienced wedding planner to meet with, discuss your event details, and bargain contract requirements with all your wedding vendors. This is great for couples who don’t have the time to allocate to wedding planning or are planning their wedding from a distance (ex: destination wedding or residing elsewhere). You get complete freedom throughout your entire planning process with this package and you will receive better deals from vendors since you’re booking through a planner. Our staff will do most of the coordinating with direct input from you.

- Personalized “To-Do” list outlining couple’s responsibilities as well as planner’s responsibilities
- Budget development assistance
- In-Depth venue overview and selection with your requirements
- Unlimited Vendor Recommendations in selected vendor categories
- Complete communication with all vendors from beginning to end
- Assistance with Entertainment and Music Recommendations
- Assistance with Theme, Décor, Floral, and Favor Selection
- Assistance with Menu & dessert selection
- Assistance with selection and etiquette of all stationary (Save the Date Cards, Invitations, Programs, Place cards, etc.)
- Delivery of all payments and gratuities to every vendor in a timely fashion (optional)
- Creation and review of all vendor contracts and packages prior to your wedding to ensure accurate delivery of services and products
- Record of all wedding meetings for couple to review
- Creation of detailed wedding and reception itinerary to be distributed to wedding participants and vendors
This is a 30 hour minimum service plan and is price around $2,000.00. We have found this has been our most popular package for the destination brides. This option is payable upon contract signing (one half due) and the balance is due 3 weeks prior to your event.
Wedding Day Services
The following is a list of services that we provide for you on your wedding or event day. We are very comprehensive in the services we provide on the day of your wedding and/or event. We like to ensure accurate, professional and timely delivery of all services. The entire Bella Rose Team prides ourselves on exceptional day-of services for all our clients.
- Greet and supervise vendors
- Greet Bride & Groom’s family and ensure they are on time in the morning
- Tend to vendors’ needs (electrical, placement issues, collaboration, etc.)
- Manage set-up of ceremony and reception areas
- Verify the proper place setting & placement of all tables & chairs
- Elegant set-up of place cards on registration table
- Distribution & set-up of guest book, wedding favors, programs, card box, framed photographs, and all other items that will be displayed/distributed
- Direct guests to the ceremony and reception areas
- Crowd management
- Adjust bride’s dress and accessories prior to walking down the aisle
- Cue musicians and/or DJ, ensure they are comfortable with the timeline and have the correct musical selections
- Ensure the reception area décor is completed and as desired before opening doors to banquet hall/ballroom
- Line up and prepare the MC, wedding party, and all family members for the grand entrance prior to the reception
- Supervise and communicate with the chef, banquet captain and catering staff to ensure excellent and timely dinner service
- Prep anyone scheduled to give toasts and speeches, as desired
- Handle any emergencies or unexpected occurrences in a professional and comprehensive manner, including follow-up after your wedding day
- Keep the wedding day running on schedule as closely as possible while maintaining a good flow of events
- Distribute final balances and gratuities to vendors on your behalf (optional)
We will work with your budget and needs to personalize any package for you, please inquire with us about your specific situation. Additional services available upon request, pricing is subject to change based on size and location of event, time until event date, amount of prior preparation necessary for event, and services desired.
We also plan other special events such as anniversaries, birthday parties, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, Quinceras, and Bar/Bat Mitzvahs which are not included in the above packages.
